These Terms of Service govern your use of the MANNA website at www.mannanourish.com and your purchase of products from MANNA NOURISHED LIMITED (company number 16271338), a company registered in England and Wales with registered office at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew automatically on the schedule you select. You may pause or cancel at any time before the next renewal date by logging into your account or emailing contact@mannanourish.com. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. SMS and email marketing consent obtained at signup is used to send order updates and promotional communications; you may opt out at any time.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in products passes to you on delivery. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of MANNA NOURISHED LIMITED and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MANNA NOURISHED LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
