Shipping Policy

We process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the following business day.

UK Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £40. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. Express options are available at checkout.

International Delivery

We currently ship to selected European countries. International shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by their country.

Carbon-Neutral Delivery

We offset the carbon emissions from all deliveries as part of our commitment to reducing MANNA's environmental impact.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@mannanourish.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
