Subscription Cancellation Policy

You can pause or cancel your MANNA subscription at any time — no minimum term, no fees.

How to Cancel

Log in to your account at www.mannanourish.com/account and manage your subscription from the dashboard, or email us at contact@mannanourish.com before your next renewal date.

Cancellation Timing

Cancellations must be made before your next scheduled renewal. If your subscription has already been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our standard Returns Policy.

Refunds on Subscriptions

Subscription orders that have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled for a full refund. Once dispatched, our standard 30-day return policy applies to unopened items.

SMS & Email Marketing

By subscribing you agree to receive order and account communications by email. If you opt in to SMS updates at signup, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or updating your preferences in your account.
