Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Perishable food products (energy gels) that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Start a Return
Email us at contact@mannanourish.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@mannanourish.com.
Exceptions
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. We do not accept returns of opened food products unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Subscription Orders
You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the next order processes. To cancel, log in to your account or email contact@mannanourish.com. Subscription orders that have already been dispatched are subject to the standard 30-day return policy above.
